Over half of North American Businesses to Use SaaS in 2008

Similarly, by 2011 Gartner predicts SaaS will grow at double the rate of the total enterprise application market. And Forrester notes that the poster-child for SaaS, salesforce.com, is having a disruptive effect on the entire CRM market, suggesting that SaaS will comprise 25% of all new business software by 2011.
