Vancouver: the Next Outsourcing Hotspot?

12 July, 2007 - 2:57pm

eWEEK has just published an interesting article, Uh-O Canada: The Newest Nearshore Threat? on why U.S. IT companies, like Microsoft, are opening shops in Canada. They highlight Vancouver in particular, citing a host of factors on why the city is so desirable such as: it's beauty, #1 quality of life ranking, ease of immigration, and diversity of the population. We agree that this is the most awesome place on earth to live and work! Find out for yourself -- we're hiring developers -- check out our careers page for openings.

Besides eWEEK, Monocle Magazine also believes Vancouver is the place to be. Their July issue ranks Vancouver as one of the top 20 livable cities in the world. Nice kudos from a hip publication.
