Travel and Leisure, the world's leading travel magazine, recently announced that Vancouver was voted best city in Canada for the second year in a row. Winners of the Annual World's Best Awards are selected by the magazine's readers. Cities were rated on the following criteria: sights, culture/arts, restaurants/food, people, shopping, and value.
